This photo was taken on Alcatraz Island.
The Contrast between the Suffering that went on in that place and the Beauty Growing out of the Prison Walls really spoke to me.
And God Makes All Things Beautiful in HIS Time.
Sometimes we do not know why we go through our hard times...but God has a way of taking the worst situations and bringing healing and new growth to us.
We all have our " Alcatraz Experiences".
Isolation
Hardship
Extreme Pressure
The secret of surviving in these times has to do with turning things completely over to God.
This is when HE makes our prison walls bloom and shows us beauty where we never thought we would find it.
"He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the hearts of men; yet they cannot fathom what God has done from beginning to end."
Ecclesiastes 3:11
